  • 4 lbs. pork shoulder
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsps. paprika
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 cups apple juice

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients together in a Crock-Pot.
  • Tightly seal lid, and cook for 4 hours on low setting.
  • Shred apart with a fork.
