- 4 lbs. pork shoulder
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 Tbsps. paprika
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 2 cups apple juice
- Mix all ingredients together in a Crock-Pot.
- Tightly seal lid, and cook for 4 hours on low setting.
- Shred apart with a fork.
