Preparation:

Put the milk, oats, extract, raspberries, raw honey and the ground cinnamon in a jar. Stir till the ingredients are mixed. Put a lid on the jar and put it in the fridge. It can be stored in a fridge for 2 to 3 days.Once you want to consume it, add the almonds and the coconut. Mix everything again and enjoy.

  • Maple syrup- 1 tablespoon
  • Crushed walnuts- 1 tablespoon

Put all the ingredients in a mason jar. Stir thoroughly till the oats are totally covered in liquid. Put a lid on the jar and place it I the refrigerator. When you wake up the next morning, add some more coconut milk and enjoy.
