TonTon Diet – Lose 10 Kilograms in 2 Weeks

If you want a quick and effective diet that will help you lose weight drastically, we suggest you try the TonTon diet.

It is a very hard one, but is also really effective and the results are fantastic. The diet is based on meals that include meat. Sugars and fat are strictly forbidden. However, it’s a good idea to talk to your doctorbefore you start following this extremely rigorous diet.

Day 1
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 2 hard- boiled eggs + boiled spinach
Dinner: Fresh green salad with celery, oil and lemon juice + piece of beef steak boiled or grilled without oil

Day 2
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar, with a little milk
Lunch: 1 cutlet + fresh green salad with tomato, without oil + fruit (optional)
Dinner: Boiled meat (optional)

Day 3
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar + a small piece of whole wheat bread
Lunch: 2 hard boiled eggs + fresh green salad with tomato, without oil
Dinner: Boiled meat + fresh green salad without oil

Day 4
 Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar + a small piece of whole wheat bread
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg + fresh pressed carrot with lemon juice + 1 slice of cheese
Dinner: A cup of yoghurt + fruit of your choice

Day 5
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar + 1 grated carrot with lemon juice
Lunch: Boiled fish + 2 tomatoes without oil
Dinner: 1 cutlet + fresh green salad with a little olive oil

Day 6
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar + a small piece of whole wheat bread
Lunch: Baked chicken without oil
Dinner: 2 hard- boiled eggs + 1 fresh or boiled carrot

7 day
Breakfast: a cup of coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 1 large cutlet + fruit of your choice
Dinner: Eat whatever you want (do not exaggerate, keep your portions a healthy size), but you must not drink alcohol

Stick to this diet for 7 more days eating the foods in the same order.

After 2 weeks it is necessary to take a break from dieting.

When you finish this terrific regime it is advisable not to eat more than 1,500 calories a day in order to keep your weight off.
