“OKRA”- The Vegetable That Treats Asthma, Diabetes, Cholesterol, and Kidney Diseases!!!

Okra which is also known as ” lady’s finger” is a very known vegetable which was first cultivated and used in North-East Africa. Such a plant contains 30 calories, 3 grams of dietary fiber, 2 grams of protein, 21 milligrams of vitamin C, and 60 milligrams of magnesium. Due to these numerous nutrients, Okra has some health benefits such as:

All that you need in order to prepare okra water are 2 fresh okras. For the preparation method you need to cut the heads and tails of okras and put 2-3 pieces of okra in a glass of water. You should leave it overnight and drink it entirely 30 minutes before breakfast.
