She Lost 89 Kilograms In 18 Months, And Changed Only One Thing In Her Diet.

At the age of 17, this girl got pregnant and during her pregnancy she couldn’t control her cravings. Because of that she got so fat that the doctors told her that if she continued with her unhealthy diet, she will live only one more year. However, she decided that she should finally stop this destructive habit and to start eating a healthy foods. This type of nourishment helped her lose an astonishing 89 kilos in a period of only 18 months!

Her diet plan looked like this:

Breakfast:

  • a small piece of bacon
  • 2 eggs
  • tomatoes
  • mushrooms

Lunch:

  • a small piece of meat
  • boiled or baked potatoes
  • chili

Snack:

  • yogurt or some fruit

Dinner:

  • Spaghetti with tomato sauce and cheese.

When she was overweight, the woman had difficulties while walking and she suffered from intense back pain by the age of only 30! However, after just a year and a half, she was awarded with “Woman Of The Year” award by the center for overweight people because of her inspiring journey that should be a reminder for every person that if you are determined you can do anything.
