THE BLOOD TYPE DIET CHART!!!

People with different blood types digest lectins differently, and that if people eat food that is not compatible with their blood type, they will experience many health problems. On the other hand, if a person eats food that is compatible, they will be healthier.

 BENEFICIAL AND AVOID FOODS FOR COMBATING INFLAMMATION:

TYPE O

Beneficial foods for individuals with blood group 0 are: Red meat,seaweed,oily cold water, fish,spinach and kale .

Foods to avoid: Corn,kidney beans,navy beans,white potatoes and wheat.

TYPE A

Beneficial foods for individuals with blood group A: Cultured soy products,pineapple,olive oil,onions and broccoli.

Foods to avoid: Red meat,milk,lima beans,white potatoes and oranges.

TYPE B

Beneficial foods for individuals with blood group B: Red meat,broccoli,cultured dairy products,onions and pineapple.

Foods to avoid: Chicken,corn,peanuts,lentils and buckwheat.

TYPE AB

Beneficial foods for individuals with blood group B: Tofy,cultured dairy products,broccoli,walnuts and cauliflower.

Foods to avoid: Chicken,corn,buckwheat,lima beans and kidney beans.

Each food groups are shared into three categories: Highly beneficial (food that acts like Medicine), Foods allowed (food that are no harm to the blood type) and Foods not allowed (food that acts like a Poison).
