Which Is Better Lemon or Lime?

Lemons and limes,they don’t have the same size, flavor and color,but they  share the same nutritional benefits.They are low in calories and are good sources of dietary fiber.Lemons and limes contain limonoids, which are compounds that may help prevent and treat cancer.The higher vitamin C content of lemons makes them a slightly better option. Lemons and limes they both contain around 30 calories, 2.8 grams of dietary fiber and between 2 and 3 percent of your daily intake of vitamin B-9 in 100 grams. Limes contain more carbohydrates and  less protein than lemons.But,that have little effect on your daily intake.

As compared to lemons, limes contain less vitamin C, but the amount is still an excellent source, providing 35% of the Daily Value per 100 g serving.Limes are a good source of dietary fiber and contain numerous other nutrients in small quantities.
