One of the most valuable fruits are Lemons, good that their called a Super Food! The lemon tree is one of the oldest and most cultivated fruit plants in the world. Lemons are rich in minerals and vitamins like Vitamin C, A, B1, B6, calcium, bioflavonoid, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, pectin and folic acid. Lemons have many positive effects on the whole immune system. Also, they are very useful for joint and nerve pain as they create an anti-inflammatory effect.
Below we will make known two very helpful ways to stop inflammation and ease chronic pain.
The first one:
- Use organic lemons, put the peel of two whole lemons in a pot, and fill it with olive oil. Then close the pot and let the mixture sit for 2 weeks. After two weeks, massage it onto the affected area, wrap with gauze and leave it to act during the night.
- Grate the lemon peel, but remember that you only need to get the yellow layer and none of the white. Massage the peel straight onto the affected body part and cover with a bandage. Keep for up to 2h.
