Summers are almost upon us and I feel it’s better to diet during summers for we are away from those warm and cosy foods (read : hot chocolate). So if you, like me, are on your weight loss journey and want to be steady on it, opt for these staples that help in weight loss whenever untimely hunger strikes!

1. Green salads
Spinach, lettuce, cucumber and celery embellished with limes, nuts and beans – doesn’t it sound great? This green healthy salad that needs no efforts in making can give you ample health benefits. Apart from nourishing your body heavily, this salad will control your hunger pangs and amplify weight loss.

2. Fruit salad

Fruits are good source of nutrients and also keeps you hydrated. Many fruits like apple, kiwi, banana, orange, berries, grapes, watermelon etc are good for you and tasty too.
