This recipe is very easy. You should follow these simple instructions.


  • Fresh habanero peppers(or hottest that can be found)
  • Garlic clove
  • Onion
  • Ginger Root
  • Horseradish Root
  • Apple Cider Vinegar


This tonic is prepared as well as any tincture: put all the herbs into a glass bowl. Pour the apple vinegar, as much as is necessary until all the plants are submerged.

Then peel and finely chop the vegetables , and put all ingredients in a large glass bowl and completely cover with apple vinegar so that the vinegar swims three fingers above the plants and vegetables.Next, place a firm lid on the tonic and while you’re holding the lid in place shake the tonic so that it mixes and settles. You can add more vinegar if it’s necessary.

Leave a tonic to stand in a dark place at least two to six weeks. The longer it stands, the stronger it will be.You should shake it occasionally.


Strain the tincture in order to help yourself. It is easier to use it and to store it. You will need loose fabrics –   gauze or some tissues,large bowl and strainer made ​​of stainless steel that fits the size of the vessel. If you do not have such a “tool”, you can put a cloth over the mouth of the bowl and pour until all the liquid comes out, but you will lose a lot.
