Garlic Tea for Weight Loss

Ingredients (only for 1 person):

– 3 slices of fresh ginger

– 2 cloves of garlic

– 2 teaspoons of lemon juice

– 1teaspoon of honey

– 2 dl of water

Preparation

Firstly chop or grate the ginger. Then add the ginger and the peeled garlic in the boiling   water, and lightly pressed them with a knife. Cover the liquid, remove it from the heat and let it stay like this for 5 minutes.

Then strain, add the lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey.

Enjoy the freshly prepared tea twice a day.
